Express Tan & Beauty Social Media Management
I have continuously worked along side Express Tan & Beauty, but this is the project that started it all off, and has continued to allow me work on all aspects of their marketing.

It started off with their instagram page, and as time went on I was able to manage 3 of their accounts including insta, Facebook (for their MK Salon) and Facebook (for their Aylesbury branch).
As you can see from the before and after picture, I let Express know they would benefit from making their social media pages more cohesive profile and making their page look more professional, clean and branded to them.

Branding
I managed to make their profiles, including their Facebook and Instagram perfect from head to toe with new profile images, story highlight images, and cover images (for Facebook specifically).

This before and after image shows the images that they were using before, that were very messy and not in line with their logo colours, or their branding at all, and I managed to change it into making every image have that Express Tan & Beauty feel, even when they are portfolio images for them.

Reels & Videos
After working with Express for a while, I recognized an opportunity to improve their social media engagement by incorporating video content. Up until that point, their marketing primarily relied on still images, but based on my studies and industry insights, I knew that videos are more likely to appear on users' feeds due to social media algorithms favoring dynamic content. Videos also tend to generate higher engagement, capturing attention more effectively than static images. I suggested that we start filming treatments in action to showcase the process, results, and customer experiences more vividly. After discussing the potential benefits with the team, we began creating and posting high-quality video content, which not only enhanced their online presence but also helped attract more interest and interaction from potential clients.

Planning Social Media Strategies & Sales​
The Christmas period is the gift of giving, so I suggested to get Express' following up and engagement up in their busier period by getting them to do a giveaway of what they felt comfortable with, and this took a lot of planning, followed up by 12 days of Christmas, and also keeping track of everyone taking part. This social media campaign was a success to get their following up and engagement.

Express do sales every Black Friday and January sales and promoting on socials is a must. Express have indeed had an overall increase in sales since I have started doing their social media.

Social Ads
After creating many ads, I found my feet with this brand, and created some really amazing ads that were posted on social media ads. These ads are paid ads, which means that they fall into peoples feeds and it takes the consumers to the web pages.
